Lord, How we delight in new life that springs up this time of year! We seek to receive Your words as seeds that form us as fruitful disciples. We pray for an understanding, joyful response to the Word that deepens our roots and destroys the cares of life. Strengthen us as one people so we do not stumble in difficult times or become deceived by worldly wealth.
