Do You Know Who You Are?

“Soldierization” is the process of transforming a new member of the military from a civilian to a soldier. The soldier’s identity encompasses a whole set of values, behaviors, and ideals — a mission. The military knows that identity matters and so does God.

How we see ourselves helps us understand who we are, how we think, and how we behave. In 1 Peter 1-2, the Apostle Peter gives us hope by reminding us of our identity.
