This Month’s Kingdom Prayer

Lord, November brings many things to mind: gratitude, giving, and loved ones gathered around a table. That image reminds us that You’ve made room for us at Your table, inviting us to share in Your kingdom and all that it offers. Because You made room for us, help us notice others who may be standing alone and feel forgotten. May we pull up another chair for them. In Jesus’ name. Amen. (Luke 14:12–24)

At North Cities, we believe in the power of prayer! Over and over, we have witnessed lives transformed through God’s miraculous intervention. Scripture promises us that “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective” (James 5:16, NIV).
