Lord,
Thank you for inviting us to participate in your saving mission. There are times when excitement overflows from our hearts as you send us out to make disciples. However, there are also times when fear and anxiety grip our hearts, paralyzing us. During those times, we remember this pivotal truth: all authority in heaven and on earth is yours. Therefore, we can go with courage, knowing that wherever you send us, your authority is already there. – Matthew 28:16–20
