David, while hiding from his enemies in a dry desert, thirsts and hungers for the Lord. He cries out when in a place of discontent and acknowledges God is his God! David rises and becomes inspired because he has a relationship with God.

Bishop Hargrove makes a distinction between knowing the ways of God and knowing the acts of God when being in relationship with Him. You can be FULL in a dry and empty place!
