Jesus commissioned Peter to strengthened his brothers and sisters in Christ and to feed them the Word. The First Century Church was being persecuted, and Peter was teaching them to stand by the Word of God and be secure in knowing they were God’s children.
Likewise, we must know who we are — God’s children, and we have the power and authority to break strongholds, heal the sick and perform other miraculous signs and wonders when we call on the name of Jesus. Bishop Hargrove encourages, strengthens and reminds us who we are as children of the Most High God.
